On the Sixth Anniversary of the U.S. Invasion of Iraq …
Join us in local events across the nation and for a massive mobilization in the nation’s capital to demonstrate the will of the people:
“End the U.S. Occupation! Bring All the Troops Home Now! Peace for Iraq!”
Organizing has begun for nationwide nonviolent resistance to the war and occupation in Iraq during March 2009, the 6th anniversary of the awful “Shock & Awe” assault on Iraq.
Let us act together in solidarity with the millions of Iraqis whose lives have been so tragically changed since March 2003, and who continually call for an end to the U.S. occupation of their country.
The Declaration of Peace encourages all local Peace groups and organizers to start planning special events and actions during the week of March 16th to the 20th.
March 20th is just eight weeks away!
And then on March 21, 2009 …
Join us and thousands from across the country in Washington, D.C. for a massive outpouring of goodwill for the people of Iraq and to clearly demonstrate our persistent opposition to the immoral military occupation of Iraq.
March on the Pentagon for a Real Change in U.S. policy in Iraq!
Help organize and mobilize!
Your input and involvement are needed!
